It is possible to request delivery of orders to an agency of the Gold Service network. Any liability is expressly declined for damage suffered by the customer in the event of loss, theft, abuse, etc., following the withdrawal of the package.

Any order that is not collected on time cannot be refunded. The customer is solely responsible in the event of orders withdrawn late, any warranty claim for defects is excluded.

The customer has the obligation to check the quality of the product upon delivery.
